Why we exist
PerpeX was born from a critical observation: Malabar was suffering from underemployment after education, with most graduates lacking job-ready sales and business skills.
In 2021, four founders with backgrounds in sales, HR, finance and operations ran a pilot in Kozhikode with 30 students from three local colleges. It worked, because the students weren't taught about business. They did business.
Since then, Perpex has grown into a consulting company serving 150+ businesses, and the B-School has become the place where that real-world experience is turned into programs anyone can join.
Our journey
2021
Initial plans and idea validation: the founders test the concept of a practical, execution-first business school with students and local businesses.
2024
Perpex Insights LLP is incorporated, verified by Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) and recognised by Startup India.
2025
100+ B2B clients handled. The B-School launches with the first BYOB and Practical HR batches.
2026
150+ B2B clients handled. 3 BYOB batches and 4 Practical HR batches successfully completed, and still growing.
