Why we exist
PerpeX was born from a critical observation: Malabar was suffering from underemployment after education, with most graduates lacking job-ready sales and business skills.
In 2021, four founders with backgrounds in sales, HR, finance and operations ran a pilot in Kozhikode with 30 students from three local colleges. It worked, because the students weren't taught about business. They did business.
Since then, Perpex has grown into a consulting company serving 150+ businesses, and the B-School has become the place where that real-world experience is turned into programs anyone can join.
Our journey
2021
Four founders with 8–15 years in sales, HR, finance and operations run a pilot with 30 students from three local colleges.
2023
Partnered with KSUM for startup ecosystem development and the Greater Malabar Campaign.
2024
The company is formally incorporated, with sales, recruitment, marketing and the B-School as core verticals.
2025
The Build Your Own Business program launches with Cohort Alpha, followed by Beta and Gamma.
2026
The 12-week Practical HR Management Course, delivered by PlaceX, goes 100% live online across India and the Gulf. BYOB Cohort Delta enrolls.
