This policy explains how Perpex Insights LLP (“PerpeX”, “we”) handles personal information collected through this website. We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our programs.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, phone number, email, age, program interest, preferred interview date and time, and any message you send through our forms.
• Usage & advertising data: pages visited, device type and the ad or campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters, Google and Meta click IDs), collected through Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. When you submit a form, a hashed (irreversibly encrypted) copy of your email and phone may be shared with Meta to measure ad performance.

How we use it

• To schedule and conduct admission interviews and respond to enquiries
• To share information about PerpeX programs and events you asked about
• To improve our website and programs

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Form submissions are stored in tools we use to manage admissions (for example, Google Workspace). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention

We keep enquiry and application data only as long as needed for admissions and related follow-up, or as required by law.
